ABOUTTHE AI-NATIVE SERVICES COMPANY

From 2 people in 2019 to 600+ engineers today.

We don't staff your project. We run your function — and you own what we build. An AI-native services company: not AI-added, AI-native.

5 OFFICES · 20+ COUNTRIES SERVED

The growth story

Antino was founded in 2019 as a two-person team with a conviction: software outcomes were about to decouple from software headcount. Seven years of compounding capability later, we are 600+ engineers including 50+ AI specialists, serving 70+ global clients across 20+ countries from offices in Gurugram (HQ), Bengaluru, London, Dubai and the United States — with 400+ projects delivered and 25+ Fortune 500 and unicorn partners.

The inflection was going AI-native ourselves. Traditional firms bolt AI onto old processes; we rebuilt our own delivery around an AI core — every project runs on agents, skills and engines from day one, with our own platform gating specs, code and releases. We sell the playbook we run.

Leadership is IIT/IIM alumni-led — Vinay Krishna Gupta (CEO), Rajesh Kumar (COO) and Radhakanth Kodukula (CTO) — and the company was named Best AI Consulting Service Provider by Entrepreneur India.

What we believe

AI-native, not AI-added

The core is agents, skills and engines — not a legacy process with a copilot stapled on.

Outcomes, not hours

We are measured on business results. Capabilities, not licences; outcomes, not deliverables.

You own the brain

Every engagement leaves the client with the intelligence layer — ontology, skills, policies — as their asset.

Speed with evidence

2-week Prompt-to-MVP on one end; CMMI Level 5 discipline and signed gates on the other.

Humans on judgment

Agents do volume; named people own exceptions and sign what matters.

Compounding capability

Seven years of clients, community, tech stacks and in-house accelerators feeding one flywheel.

Our Pioneers

Meet the Leaders of Antino whose perspectives are unique but the vision is united.
