The brief

Extend and stabilise an existing Phase 1 EV fleet management platform (Blive) into Phase 2, adding offline payments, wallet management, telematics/IoT vehicle control, 3PL logistics onboarding, and an ops mobile app — enabling Blive to onboard last-mile delivery enterprises and manage heterogeneous EV fleets at scale across India without operational friction.

A full-stack EV fleet management SaaS platform for Blive covering:

  • offline payment & prepaid wallet system for riders and admins
  • IoT telematics integration with Ola EV vehicles including mobilise/immobilise and geo-fencing
  • 3PL rider onboarding platform with eKYC, document verification, and deployment manager hierarchy
  • dynamic priority-based rider payout engine using Redis BullMQ
  • Flutter ops mobile app for deployment managers with real-time rider tracking
  • plan/vehicle change mid-contract workflows
  • ZOHO CRM and WhatsApp chatbot integrations
  • AWS EKS CI/CD infrastructure with 6+ service pipelines
