The brief

Build and scale the full technology stack for a drone-assisted last-mile delivery startup — covering ground delivery agent management, drone flight operations, zone analytics, fleet/inventory management, and a secure mobile app for delivery agents — enabling the client to operate physical delivery hubs across multiple sectors with real-time operational visibility.

What we built

A comprehensive last-mile + drone delivery operating platform:

  • Angular-based OPS portal for managing skyewalker (ground agent) and flight rooster (drone) jobs with COD flow, sortable/paginated tables, and real-time status overlays
  • Skyezones multi-zone portal with delivery analytics, sustainability metrics (CO2/fuel savings), and v2 API suite
  • FMS revamp with Hub/Pod geolocation management (Google Maps Places), inventory CRUD, and approval workflows
  • Ionic/Capacitor Android app for delivery agents with camera proof-of-delivery, job-status filtering, and network detection
  • Skyewalker 2.0 secure auth platform (OTP, RSA+AES, AWS Cognito, VAPT-compliant) with v1 migration
  • Route optimization engine using Google Cloud Waypoints + Ola Maps with multi-priority sorting
  • IoT 4G drone telemetry module (Raspberry Pi + flight controller) streaming live telemetry to EC2
  • In-hub promotional video display network on Raspberry Pi 4
  • Automated MIS reporting via AWS SES/EventBridge
  • Payment gateway POC/integration (CCAvenue, Easebuzz).

    FMS – Fleet Management System Revamp

    Full revamp of the Fleet Management System including new modules for Hubs & Pods (with Google Maps Places/Geocoder/Autocomplete integration), Inventory management (asset CRUD, assign flow, filter/search).

    Skyewalker 2.0 – Rider Auth & Registration Platform

    Complete rebuild of walker/rider authentication: OTP-based login (AWS SNS), RSA+AES dual encryption, AWS Cognito token management, FMS approval workflow, Aadhaar verification R&D, document upload to S3.
